about every three months my email stops working until i change my password

about every three months my email stops working until i change my password. This has been happening for about a year. Cox support has been no help, and it is frustrating.

  • Hi Jjackson, I do not know of any requirement to change your email password every 90 days. Are you getting a message that tells you to change your password? Are you using Cox Web Mail or another third-party email program, for example, Outlook or Apple Mail? Please feel free to send me your account information in an email to cox.help@cox.com Include your complete home address, your first/last name, your email address, and the name of the primary account holder if different than your own.     when you change the password, you ned to change it on all devices that access the email account.

    if you don't change all, pinging the wrong address repeatedly looks like an intrusion.
