about every three months my email stops working until i change my password. This has been happening for about a year. Cox support has been no help, and it is frustrating.

Hi Jjackson, I do not know of any requirement to change your email password every 90 days. Are you getting a message that tells you to change your password? Are you using Cox Web Mail or another third-party email program, for example, Outlook or Apple Mail? Please feel free to send me your account information in an email to cox.help@cox.com Include your complete home address, your first/last name, your email address, and the name of the primary account holder if different than your own.
