Too many negative comments from their customers. They had to hide them. However, the office at my apartments say they are now back up, but I’m still down for the third day in a row. I did see a Cox truck briefly park next to a building, but he’s gone now. No changes to my service.

Oh WOW! Mine went out Wednesday morning and came back Friday, but on Friday it kept going in and out. By Saturday I was fully back and have not had any issues. I'm still getting updates and noticed the app says there is still a network impairment.
