48hrs+ No Internet Mesa AZ

It's been over 2 days with no Internet. "Unplanned Outage" is the only thing it says, no eta of restoration. Can't get a hold of a human, chat just copy and pastes the same cookie cutter response. My neighbor has Verizon and has had no issues at all. This is unacceptable especially for the price they charge.

      Are you able to look up outages per node, street, area? Or do you need the customer's address?

      Also, what can you look up about outages technically? Do you have access to look up ESR tickets to see if there is a ETR or any info on the nature of the problem? 

      Just trying to understand moderator's abilities so I know when to suggest a user to contact you/Cox.

    Is your modem/gateway offline, like the lights are wrong? If so, there isn't much you can do. A wire must be down or some piece of equipment in your area broken.  Do you know if it effecting everyone around you?
