Service outages are specific to personal accounts? 🤔
Hi aspriggs94. I apologize that we have no way to check an area to see if there is an outage. In order to see if there is an outage, we would need to check an individual account. You can check for an outage using the Cox app via any mobile device or via the cox website. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
