Default username PW cgm4341cox
I reset router none of username passwords I've searched work such as admin/admin,admin/password,admin/no PW. Any help appreciated

Did you hold the reset button on the back above the phone ports for 60 seconds? Needs to be the full 60 or else it just activates WPS. After that it should be admin/password.
Why did you need to log into gateway anyway? most things now require the use of the panoramic app which uses the user/password for your Cox account.
