Lack of hotspot setting

My account is missing the cox/spectrum hotspot setting under privacy and security. I’m very close to filling a complaint with FCC for this issue. Chatting with over seas agents has been useless since they lack any true customer serviceUser uploaded image

Then how can I disable cox hotspot? I don’t want my device broadcasting additional WiFi signals, causing interference and congestion on the network?

The Cox wifi Hotspot doesn't cause signal issues, interference or congestion on the network. It doesn't even use your data. Check out Hotspots with Panoramic Wifi/.  I regret that there is no way to disable the hotspot. Thanks, Lisa Cox Support Forums Moderator
