I have Contour1 with a Cisco DVR and a Samsung TV. I replaced a URC-8820-Cisco remote with a URC-Cisco-MOTO. After I programmed it, the remote only controls the TV. No DVR functions respond. What do I need to do to get it to control both the DVR and TV?
Also, what is a good working email address and phone number to contact Spectrum? I don't do X or Facebook. Thanks.

Hi Curtb. You may need to turn on the volume lock on remote to stay on TV, so that any time volume is touched, it will default to the TV option and when any other button is pressed, it will go to Cable. To do the volume lock, you would press TV on the top of the remote, press and hold Mute and Select at the same time until the TV button flashes twice, press the volume UP button once, and then press the TV button once to lock it in. This should set the volume lock.
Unfortunately, there is no email for contact at this time. Any accounts-specific requests would need to be done via our other social media channels like Facebook and X. Currently the phone number to contact technical support is still the same at 1-800-234-3993, as it will be redirected to our call tree. Let us know if that works.
