For an account specific request like changing a primary Cox Username, this requires the account holder to contact support through a media that isn't public. If you are attempting to remove a secondary user, then this is possible in My Profile on Cox.com, by completing the following steps:

1. From the Manage Users page, locate the Secondary User you want to delete and click the arrow.
2. Click Remove user.

I just want to change my username on this forum. I prefer to have a another name here publicly just to use on the forum my username and email with Cox Spectrum is fine
