Cox App Technical Difficulties

Hi I have a iPhone 15 Pro with 30+gb of storage iOS 26.5. I have the most recent up to date Cox App(3.67.0) and everytime I log into the app I get the error that there is technical difficulties. I can open the app just fine but doing anything other than going to "Account" or "Support" tabs on the mobile app gives that error. This has been happening for over a month. I am not willing to reset my iPhone to fix this issue. I only have this issue on this app all my other apps work just fine.

Troubleshooting steps: 

Logged in and out of App

Uninstalled and Reinstalled the app

restarted iPhone - swiping the button to turn off and then pressing the power button until apple logo appears

Reset password and username

turned off 2FA

Sorry I forgot to add that I did do that as well which is why I am on the forums. I will i guess send an email and the steps listed above didn't work.
