Slow Download speeds
I have the Ultimate plan and for the past hour and a half I have gotten anywhere for 1Mbs-5Mbs for download speed. The upload speed is at 30 Mbs which is what I pay for, but I'm not even getting 10% of what I pay for in download speed. Is there anything I can do to get this number higher? I have tried the tips posted on Cox's website and bypassing the router made no different.
