- Hello, I just moved to a new house. I exchanged my old modem for a new one today, in-store. Previously, I was able to access my network and manage my passwords, who was using my wifi, etc. Once I was done setting up the modem and my wifi was working on my phone and laptop, I went onto the Cox Panoramic Wifi App to check if I could change my name and password. Sure enough, the app said my router was offline and I couldn't access any tabs. I contacted (2) agents of Cox and no one was able to help me resolve this issue. I would like to be able to manage my network on my phone, like I use to. If anyone could help me, that would be great. Please..
Cox panoramic Gigablast BLOCKING apps. Cannot use Fate/Grand Order, have issues with YouTube, extra emails as well as other gacha games. This is a DEALBREAKER.Hello. I switched from AT&T to Cox and am deeply regretting it. I even pay more for Cox. I've tried disabling the advanced panoramic security, setting up a DMZ for my affected devices as well as splitting the connection into 2.4 and 5.0 GHz. I called the tech support and they were utterly useless and ACTUALLY ASKED MR TO PAY $10 TO TRY TALKING TO THE "PREMIUM" LINE. AS If I'm going to pay MORE to access what I should already be able to. I've found that if I use a VPN on my phone... No issues at all! I can use gacha game apps just fine, YouTube and email are fine, which clearly means something is wrong on Cox's end. I even told this to the tech support. I WILL be switching back to AT&T if this isn't addressed.
- This morning when I turned on my television to access the Youtube app on my Contour 2 TV box it will take me to the Youtube icon on the internet, but once it is finished downloading to open up the service the TV screen just goes black and nothing shows up. All of the other Apps like Netflix etc are working, just the Youtube App is dead. What is going on with this. It was working fine last night. I am nowhere near exceeding my monthly usage which I never exceed. I unplugged all of my equipment, TV, Contour 2 box, my Panoramic wifi router and it did two resets and it the Youtube App is still not working on my TV. Does anyone have a fix or suggestions. One other thing, Cox continues to made all sorts of settings changes with my phone service, security service, but they never notify me of any of the changes and then I find out that the changes are affecting my services such as receiving blocked number calls which I never had turned on, but Cox turned it on without telling me. My doctors and research staff could not make calls to my home using their blocked numbers because Cox turned on the blocked numbers service without telling me. I have several other similar examples of other settings changes being done remotely by Cox without my permission.
- Since I moved my service to another address, I can no longer stream my live games through the BeIn Connect App. It was working just fine before and I could watch my games while i wasn't home. After I moved, the App started popping up a message saying “your provider doesn’t support live streaming service for your account”. So I called Cox customer service and they said that I needed another online account because mine was deactivated due to the change of address. So they did. Now, when I loggin to my new Cox account, the Bein Connect app says “We’re experience technical issues. Login later. -1102.0.0”. Its been going on for weeks now. Anyone else got this same issue?
- Hi, I have a TiVo Premier box instead of a Cox cable DVR. I was wondering if there are any services, such as the OnDemand content, that I can use with the TiVo in addition to just watching the regular channels in my lineup. Any help is very appreciated! Even if it's using Apps loaded onto the TiVo and using the Internet connection, I'm interested. Thanks!
