How to get cox to upgrade my Netgear C6300 Modem to newest firmware
I have the cox ultimate package but am only getting average download speeds of 40mbs while hardwired!!! I know that there is a new firmware update for my C6300 which should be V2.01.18 and mine currently is V2.01.14. Hello I have notice that my modem is randomly rebooting not every day but maybe once a week type of deal. I check my event logs and noticed since the 4th there have been error popping up surprisingly this is abut the time I noticed issues. I did a hard reset of the modem also called cox to let them know they asked me to replace the router sorry that is just such a typical answer and it drives me nuts. Has anyone had experience with the below errors? Thanks for any help/advise.. Hello, I have premier internet which feeds WiFias well as direct wired computers and game consoles. My WiFiis slow and the direct wired desktop that sits with the router and modem is also slow.... A portion of my home is unable to receive or receives poor wifi even though the router is in a mid home central location. Can someone advise as to what's the current status of the new Netgear C6300 firmware? How long after the vendors release the firmware does Cox push that firmware to endpoints? msuberly I have recently experienced slow connection speeds and lackluster Wi-Fi coverage/range around my house.
