I've been getting a lot of packet loss on the upstream. everytime I complain they send a tech out and they say everything looks perfect. What can i do to get this fixed? I've filed like 3 FCC complaints and each time a month will go by and it'll be fine then start right back up.8Views0likes3CommentsRe: Paying for 1Gbps and getting 200Mbps down and 16 Up.
Had a tech come out and he said everything is perfect. showed him the modem logs and he said he couldnt speak on anything from the other day. So i am guessing i am in the same boat until something happens again. Tech will come out again and say everything is right.17Views0likes1Comment
