Paying for 1Gbps and getting 200Mbps down and 16 Up.

Been having issues for a while now and i keep getting the same run around. Tech needs to come out could cost 75 dollars blah blah. I got my own modem because i was having problems with their equipmen...

TWO TECH came out this week and still nothing. literally getting .3 Upload.
