The only critical warning are the T3 time-outs, which come from noise on the upstream. Those levels look right on the money though. How are your OFDM channels? Those carry the most traffic.

I've been getting a lot of packet loss on the upstream. everytime I complain they send a tech out and they say everything looks perfect. What can i do to get this fixed? I've filed like 3 FCC complaints and each time a month will go by and it'll be fine then start right back up.

Well you have 8 upstream channels, so you are prime for the upstream OFDM upgrade. What state are you in? I hear parts of Phoenix just got the upgrade to fiber and CT, CA, and OK got upstream OFDM. Parts of Florida are still on 4 upstreams and a skinny. Not to say the OFDM upgrade will fix your problem, but it's a big change and could help. Fiber is the end game though.
