now I am on my 3rd TA in a month's time. I called support and they had no records of any new TA, were not aware of a frequent reboot issue with current TA's, nor a forthcoming software update for existing TA's.
The third TA arrived today. Whatever they did to the order made me lose TV last night at 10p with my TA blinking until I yanked it today to put in the replacement.
Without any other solutions, it seems it is time to cancel cable TV.
Cable cards is a dead technology since the FCC stop the requirement for providers to support them. I would suggest cutting the cord and going with some kind of streaming tech like YouTube TV.
