I have a 6 DVR that started deleting all recorded shows Monday night and AGAIN it deleted the next day recordings from Tuesday evening. I get up (Wed Morning) and they ARE ALL GONE!!! AGAIN!!!!
If COX can't fix this, I'll cut my cord and move on to something else, I pay WAY WAY too much for this ** to be happening.

So your saying this has happened multiple times on the same box? If so, I would swap the box out at a Cox store. If your saying it has happened multiple times with multiple boxes, then that's different. I would suggest then to look at where the box is placed. Perhaps there is an electrical issue, or the box is overheating.
I think Cox is sending "pings-of-death" to manipulate subscribers into Cloud Recording.
Anybody know of problems from other recording providers?
what % of saved shows show in "recorded"?
I keep my recording ah 10% or less. So no, my recorder was and is not full. but that wouldn't explain why ALL of them get erased.
