I have a 6 DVR that started deleting all recorded shows Monday night

I have a 6 DVR that started deleting all recorded shows Monday night and AGAIN it deleted the next day recordings from Tuesday evening. I get up (Wed Morning) and they ARE ALL GONE!!! AGAIN!!!!  If...

what % of saved shows show in "recorded"?

    I keep my recording ah 10% or less. So no, my recorder was and is not full. but that wouldn't explain why ALL of them get erased.

      Hi wdearborn,

      Please press the Contour button on the Cox remote and highlight Saved, then press OK. Highlight Recordings. Scroll down to Recently Deleted. Are your shows in this folder?

        Ok, when I say everything is gone I mean everything. There is no Deleted recordings directory either. Just a message in huge font stating that there is nothing to display. 

        I went so far as to change the time that the box auto reboots itself at night to a time after I get up. The next morning, my recording were still there (you see the box did not reboot yet) I then unplugged it and went to work. (I had set the time for the auto reboot to take place between 6 and 8 am. - I get up for work at 4am). when I got home at 1300 (1PM) I plugged in the box and let it boot up - My recordings were GONE!
