Error Code XRE 03121 talked to the tech & she was very nice, but could not remedy the problem - I never upgraded to anything & tried changing channels all the same code, tried the rebooting of the modem & the small boxes NOTHING same error - ca

Error Code XRE 03121 talked to tech culd not remedy  the problem.  I never upgraded to anything , tried changing channels all the same code, tried rebooting the modem as well as the small  boxes NOTHING same error - cannot get connected to the TV due to this error code!!!!!!  Very frustrating!!!!!!
