I keep getting this error message while trying to watch contour on the go channels. How do I correct this. Error TVAPP 00206. Thanks
I think it has something to do with the feed and the app playing a HD version of it. Is there any options in the app for "Playback options"? If so, try changing it to a lower resolution for a work around.
Thanks. Yes it is and it was on so I turned it off. I'm still getting the same message error.
Darn. I was going by a Comcast post assuming the errors follow the platform since Cox gets the Contour 2 software from Comcast. I would suggest waiting for a moderator, and see if they can look up the code specifically. Good luck.
Why doesn't Cox have a print out of all the error codes? Can't you ask Comcast for it?
