  • Bruce, I definitely had the issue Becky described.  Attempts to access Voice Tools sometimes resulted in repeated failed sign in.  (I wasn't able to get to the Voice Tools page).  But, for the other times when I was able to get there, call history worked fine.  It sounds like you were always able to get to Voice Tools, but it fails when you try to view call history.  That's a different issue.  If you want to get your call history working again, you'll probably have to contact Cox.  They can create a ticket for their vendor to research and correct your call history issue.

    BTW, the sometimes issue with signing into Voice Tools appears to be fixed.
