The Voice Tools Cheatsheet shows Spontaneous Ring as available from the Voice Tools page. But going to Voice Tools >Settings does not show this feature. How do you set up or change the Spontaneous Ring option? (and also, it's another example of the poor design of Cox Web Pages.)
I’ll assume you have a Cox-provided telephone modem (eMTA). If so, which model is it?
I just confirmed your navigation. It's Voice Tools > Settings > Settings (again). Mine had Call Waiting enabled. I wonder how long this has been on without my approval? Is there a cost for Call Waiting?
Yes, I have a Cox provided phone modem. But the model shouldn't change how the Cox Web pages read. I currently have Simultaneous Ring activated and love it.. What I wanted to do, was change the number of the phone that's ringing Simultaneously. My cell phone is currently down, and I wanted to change it to ring my wife's phone.

Bruce, Thank you so much. I know I'm old, but I looked at that page a number of times and never saw it. I think my mind saw Nomorobo and stopped there.
I added the wife's phone, since I can have three numbers, and after two "sorry, try again" messages, it saved it on the 3rd try. We should be all set now.
