Voice Tools Spontaneous Ring

The Voice Tools Cheatsheet shows Spontaneous Ring as available from the Voice Tools page. But going to Voice Tools >Settings does not show this feature. How do you set up or change the Spontaneous Ri...

    It looks like you have to...

    - Enable Nomorobo/Simultaneous Ring
    - [Options will expand]
    - Enable Simultaneous Ring
    - [Options will expand]
    - Enter wife's phone number

I just confirmed your navigation.  It's Voice Tools > Settings > Settings (again).  Mine had Call Waiting enabled.  I wonder how long this has been on without my approval?  Is there a cost for Call Waiting?
