I set up the Voice Mail Notification Options under Phone Tools --> Settings to send me an email when someone leaves me a voicemail. Up until a couple of weeks ago it was working perfectly but now I'm not getting notified.
I typed in the email address again then when that didn't work I inputted a different email address. I turned the setting off and then on again and it still didn't work. Now I cannot even get into the settings. They said they moved it up to tier 3 but that was last week.
The caller is able to leave a voice mail and I can retrieve it fine, it's just the notification that isn't working. I called tech support and they said they weren't able to troubleshoot it. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you explain? What is Tier 3? Some phone package?
It is the complaint level, if tier one and two can't figure it out it goes to tier 3.
