Problems with one area trying to call us.

Calls originating from around Chattanooga Tn only ring once and stop.   2nd or 3rd calls sometimes come through.  If we answer during the first ring we frequently get the call.  At first we thought it was from just one phone number, however a second person has been trying to call from that area and has the same problem.  All other areas that we receive call from does not exhibit the same problem.  It is getting to be very annoying.
