Call Forwarding Cox Lines

I own a local call center and have a customer that is entering the standard code for forward her phone lines. It's not working. We assume it is *72. Is that the case all across the US with Cox or is is different is some places?


  • Yes, that should work. I wonder if her phone is already forwarded, it would give some kind of message or tone. Did the customer say how it didn't work? Can they forward to other numbers?
