WIFI is very intermittent, 40 to 100 disconnects within a 24 hour period.

I have been having very intermittent WIFI connectivity for quite a while and need some help.  The outage is typically not very long, a few seconds to maybe a few minutes, but is a real pain when working from home on a VPN or video call.  I am not very tech savy when it comes to this type of stuff so any help I can get would be appreciated. 

Details:

Cox Panoramic WIFI with Gigablast plan. 

Recently upgraded the modem.  Technicolor 2.0, Model CGM4331COM, Product Type XB7, Version Prod_21.1_d31 & Prod_21.1

    Is it just WiFi or Ethernet as well. If it's just a few seconds, you are not losing connection, it sounds like a wifi disconnect or wifi interference. If it's on ethernet as well, then is it happening on ALL devices connected to your internet or just the one computer?

      it does affect all devices - laptop, phones, google devices, tv's, etc

        What Mouth and Dark are asking is if you have devices directly wired to a LAN port of your router with an Ethernet cable (Cat-5, -6, etc).  If so, do these devices also lose Internet connectivity?

        If you only suspect your problem is WiFi, the problem is just wireless signals from the router.  However, if wired devices are also losing connectivity, it could be the internal modem of the Panoramic or the signal from Cox.

        If you could trace the coaxial cable from the Panoramic to the wall-plate, how many splitters do you see?  A splitter(s) could also be behind the wall-plate.  There are other places to look for problematic splitters, such as the outside box bolted onto the side of your house and the attic.
