Download is fine but upload ranges from .8 to 1mpbs. Signals look good. Could it be noise in the line or a node conjestion problem? I have preferred 250/10. More uncorrectables on the higher frequencies that are more sensitive.
It is noise. MER SNR is down to 35 on some channels
Could be noise on the upstream, which wouldn't show in the signal levels. Do you see T3 errors in the logs? Your levels look good. Is the low upload all the time or does get worse at peek times?
It seems to be worse around 10am to 4pm. I was up at 1am last night and didn't have a problem. There was also some wind and rain in the area today. That makes me think there is a plant issue. My tap has been inspected twice with no issues found as far as I know. Some T3's. I have a SB8200.
How long has it been going on? If longer then a couple of days I would email Cox to schedule a technician. Even if it is congestion, the cost of the tech. along with the cost of other people's appointments in the area, will shine line on the problem.
I'm tired of every time I contact live chat they try to blame my equipment. I said I connected my pc directly to the modem and got the same result but they don't want to listen. They said my modem and router are more than 2 years old. That's nonsense. I guess I'll have to escalate it.
They did answer with this at 12am
