The ip address configures then it gets to router and it doesn't select one and clears the ip address starting over again repeating never selecting a router.
I. Connect to the Cox area Hotspot. So i van troubleshoot or restart the router bc it's in the area in the city somewhere
I would email Cox at email@example.com with the address of the hotspot your connecting to and a request to reboot the router. See here for a hotspot map to find the address.
