I've been having intermittent lag spikes throughout the day and I've been talking to Cox about getting it fixed. there have been multiple outages and maintenance work done since I got Cox involved and the work has been going on for months. I check and my modem levels have changed. I'm wondering if these numbers are good.
Loss of sync and T3 error are the only critical errors. Not too many T3 errors though. Any splitters on the line between the street and room the modem is in?
I just got new errors today. I have a ton of the CM status messages that fill the entire page and it keeps flipping from type 16 to 24 and it looks like this. There is around 20 of these.
No there are no splitters
during this time that the messages were flipping from 16 to 24, my ping was fluctuating a lot and the games I was playing were basically unplayable.
