exporting email folders

How do I export my cox webmail folders to a hard drive on my PC? I have tried to CTRL click on folder but 'EXPORT' does not come up.

Can you use POP/IMAP to a client on your computer and export it from there?

Anything by right-clicking? Any options at the top of webmail, such as export?
