I have set up my Cox webmail to auto-forward incoming mail to my Outlook email account, but it is not happening. There aren't misspellings on my part, and no forwarded Cox email is ending up in a Spam folder or anywhere else. Why am I not getting any forwarded mail after setting it up?
Check your inbox for any bounce back errors.
Thanks, that's the first thing I checked. But there are no bounce-backs in my inbox.
See if you can auto-forward to a different address, like a Gmail address.
If you can, try forwarding the original email(as a attachment) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks, I'll try that. Speaking of Gmail dot com, that is the ONLY domain that seems to be forwarding to my Outlook account. I am coming to believe there is something happening behind the scenes at Cox that is filtering out the other domains. Why, I don't know. I have no blocks or even Spam filtering active on my end.
