I have set up my Cox webmail to auto-forward incoming mail to my Outlook email account, but it is not happening. There aren't misspellings on my part, and no forwarded Cox email is ending up in a Spam folder or anywhere else. Why am I not getting any forwarded mail after setting it up?

Check your inbox for any bounce back errors.
Thanks, that's the first thing I checked. But there are no bounce-backs in my inbox.
See if you can auto-forward to a different address, like a Gmail address.
If you can, try forwarding the original email(as a attachment) to unblock.requests@cox.net.
Silly question but Outlook is configured with a different email account, right?
