Is anybody having trouble resetting their equipment from the cox website? Sometimes resetting mini boxes from the cox support site used to clear things up. Now I get an unsuccesfull message after 2 minutres.
Jeesh...how many time do you need to reset your Cox equipment? Your service is awful.
Not to mention your Mini Box fault, there must be another fault between the server (accounts) and the Cox headend. Then again, there's been a trend of faulty TV service, so maybe faults are the new norm.
To reset, again, you could send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following: - URL of This Post - Full Name - Complete Address
I disagree with you. I occasionally reset my boxes. It's not a daily problem. I just discovered this problem in the last 2 weeks.
Why do you "occasionally" reset your cable box...bored?
