1120 Newsmax--East Mesa AZ--why can't I see it--do I have to pay more for it or what?

East Mesa AZ--why can't I see it--do I have to pay more for it or what?  I can show the channel but says not available and to call phone No to get it. Friend in north Phoenix says she gets it??

    I don't know how its app works.  Meaning, although the app is free, would Newsmax need to be part of your TV plan?

    If you don't want to pay Cox more, the app may be worth looking into.  Newsmax is boasting 4.3 M downloads.  Must be doing something right, eh?
