gateway login

im trying to log in to my gate way via putting 192.168.0.1 in the address bar and i must have changed the login credentials at some point but i dont remember them now is there any way to reset this the reps online and on the phone keep just giving me bs answers and getting my account locked

    Hi @Rsnyder051918,

    If you don't remember the login information to get into the gateway. Resetting the modem would be the only way to reset it. We do not recommend that you attempt that. Which model of our modems do you have?
