Upload speed = 0

The modem is the rented panoramic modem. Ive tried to use mine, same issues. I tried to go strait from the line outside, through a barrel fitting, and also a -7.5 db splitter. None of these are stopping my upload speed going to zero and causing massive packet loss.

Here are my signals.

  • @Littleone272000, Do you have any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.

@littleone272000, are you on WiFi or are you on a hard-wired connection when experiencing slow upload speeds? It may be best to send out a service technician to diagnose and correct the issue.
