  • Hello. The modem is up and running and I do not see any unusual latency such as packet loss or high pings. However,the modem is reporting a lot of time out errors. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? Also, has the modem recently been moved to a different location in the home? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.
