For the past couple days I have had a message that my SMTP connection to SMTP.cox.net is not working. I can receive messages on my email, but not send them. Anyone have any ideas to fix this
I tried the link you sent and got a message that I was forbidden to go there. Any more ideas? Thanks.
So you are abandoning IMAP completely? Would have been nice if there had been a message of some kind. You folks are real quick to tell us all about the money end of your company, but the really important things (like giving up on IMAP) are a big secret.
Still can't send messages. I have a Mac - are the instructions the same for that as for a PC?
Also can't get into the link from Nicole - I get a message that it's forbidden and I don't have access.
