I'm a new Cox customer and wanting to verify that the email works before I cut over from my other ISP. After repeated trips to the Cox store I was able to confirm the correct email address but after 6 months, I have yet to receive or read any email at the "@cox.net" domain. Whenever I log into the webmail (since I won't create a reader account, like Thunderbird, until I KNOW that the account is alright), all I see is a blank screen and a continual refresh of the URL (https://myemail.cox.net/appsuite/). Doesn't matter what browser I use, doesn't matter what time of day or night, and doesn't matter that our bill is paid on time....
Can someone who has the authority to do something constructive fix this problem?

And it bounces between the "appsuite" domain and this one: idm.east.cox.net/.../saml2sso
That happens when the account doesn't have a email inbox assigned to it. I would suggest to go to Cox.com (not webmail) and check the status of the username but Cox.com seems to be down now.
