"Fine print" is a sketchy way of notifying subjects (not customers) of changes.
Good point. I didn't mean my comment to be mean spirited. I also HATE the way Cox is handling bandwidth caps. While I think Cox did a OK job of creating the policy they did a terrible job expressing that policy to users.
