Baton Rouge outages

what is up with constant outages in Baton Rouge, especially in areas where cox is only Internet option? It's daily and it's like y'all are trying to prevent people from using stream services for tv. My neighborhood has some sort of outage daily. Y'all never offer to cut talks bills though that's for sure, and the one time y'all did for me I sure as *** got bill the next month trying to get $20 back of that discount saying past due, even though I paid the amount I was told it was reduced to. Y'all are relentless and have been the worst service I've EVER had for internet. Not even close.
