Cox Connect app not showing wifi information

When clicking on "WiFi" from the home screen of the Cox Connect app I keep getting an error that an error has occurred. I tried via cox.com and received an error 408. 

It's been going on for a couple of weeks now. I did reboot the modem and even deleted and reinstalled the app. I was having issues with getting my data usage as well but the reinstalling the app seems to have corrected that.
