XRE-03059 error message for fox and abc? Rebooted contour box. No resolve. How to fix?
This is frustrating. Paying for a service that doesn't work.

Hi Plowman, we are extremely sorry for the service issues, and it appears this may be related to the signal. Do you have a splitter? If you have a splitter in the home, I recommend bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes. If the issue clears on its own, then the problem may be with the splitter itself.
