Does this mean we would have to pay Paramount+ monthly service charge?
they just moved Seal Team over to Paramount+ from CBS. I’m concerned they
will move more favorite shows over to Paramount +.

Yes, you would have to pay Paramount for access to the Paramount+ app just like ESPN+, Discovery +, or Disney+ apps. Many networks are moving popular content to these premium apps. ESPN has UFC fights exclusively on the ESPN+ app as well as some other popular hockey and football games. And most Disney movies can now only be seen on the Disney + app.
