can relate to what's going on, and I want you to be able to watch your news shows without interruption. You can use the Cox App to send a refresh signal to your box (links below). If the channel is still not coming in you may need to do a manual reboot, by unplugging your box from power for about 60 seconds and then plugging it back in.
