Why do i get the code XRE-03056 and XRE-03062 everyday and today every hour on my tv?

This is been an issue since trying upgrade to 4K streaming boxes. I still have the contour debt box with coax cable attached.  What is the correct fixed...

    xre03056 and XRE-03062 normally refer to something wrong with the rf signal. Does this happen on specific channels and on all boxes?

    XRE-03062 every evening at the same time in the middle of a show. I am so annoyed and disappointed to pay so much for nothing but problems.

      Hi @FranklinCasa,

      We know how frustrating it is to have error codes that interrupt your cable viewing. Please make sure all connections are securely connected (finger tight) and the cables are undamaged. You can unplug your cable box, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
