Been receiving
XRE-03062 every evening at the same time in the middle of a show. I am so annoyed and disappointed to pay so much for nothing but problems.

Hi @FranklinCasa,
We know how frustrating it is to have error codes that interrupt your cable viewing. Please make sure all connections are securely connected (finger tight) and the cables are undamaged. You can unplug your cable box, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. If you are still getting that error code please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address for further troubleshooting.
