@Bruce, I am not aware of any issues currently with the Contour App. Is this only happening with the Showtime channel? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Well, in addition to my Showtime and the OP's premium channel and tubi, I'd induce this glitch involves a few channels.
Everything a-okay in the Cox VOD section? It's all hunkydory? Good to know.
